Fall Conference Planning Team Registration (includes $6 credit card fee) – $176.00
You may deduct the credit card fee if paying by check.
Non-Member - Early Rate - Paid by 9/1 (4051/4000) (includes $16 credit card fee) – $451.00
You may deduct credit card fee if paying by check.

Registrations Not Paid by 9/1 registration will be increased. Includes 1 year membership
Non-Member - Registration (4051/4000) (includes $21 credit card fee) – $606.00
You may deduct the credit card fee if paying by check.

Retiree / Student Conference Registration (4051) (includes $6 credit card fee) – $156.00
